Jon & Becky are closing Barking Spider Pottery after 44 years.
Over that time we have developed and acquired many tools and equipment that we would like to offer to the ceramics community.
To that end, we would welcome visits by interested potters and ceramic artists at any time to our studio just down the road from Penland School of Craft. Due to the coronavirus we can only accommodate a few people at a time, so we request that interested parties call us and select a time slot to keep the numbers down. Social distancing and appropriate masks would
be required, of course, and all sales would be final.
This final sale will be held from Thursday December 3 until Thursday, December 17.
After that we will donate everything to the Spruce Pine ReStore.
Below you will find a basic description of some of the many things we would like to pass on. This list is not complete, and there will be lots of things to see.
